Easy Returns

While our commitment to quality remains unwavering, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not fully meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Free Return Policy, providing you the flexibility and peace of mind to trial the product for free. With free returns, no restocking fees, and free delivery, you can send it back without any additional cost if it's not the right fit for you.

If you decide to return an item within 90 days of receiving your order for any reason, simply contact us at support@compactco.com.au with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once the returned item(s) reach our location and pass inspection, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your return payment. We will also include additional funds to cover the  return delivery fee, up to $200. This will satisfy the return costs for all deliveries in Australia with exclusion only for far remote regions. Our team will flag your order if it would cost over $200 to return it to us.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned to our center in 'Like New' condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Items designated as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return. Purchases intended for singular or temporary use, such as trade shows, conferences, or promotional events, are also ineligible. If you receive a damaged item, please report it immediately with photos to support@compactco.com.au on the day of delivery.

Damages

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, Compact Co. will cover the shipping costs. Please retain the original packaging for any returnable items. Prior authorization from our customer service department is required for all returns.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties from our supplier apply to our products. They will handle all warranty claims at their discretion. Please contact our team for assistance with warranty-related issues.

At Compact Co., we strive to ensure you receive your order promptly and in pristine condition. Items damaged through use are non-refundable, except where covered under warranty. We aim to simplify the return process and are always available at support@compactco.com.au to assist you.
